Key Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume, in-depth phone and video interviews and evaluate candidates' skills and potential.
• Create a welcoming and transparent experience for every candidate.
• Collaborate closely with Hiring Managers and the broader TA team to align on role requirements, provide candidate insights, and keep recruitment pipelines moving efficiently.
• Proactively reach out to passive top talent using diverse sourcing strategies.

Requirements

• Passion for behavioral interviewing and evaluating talent effectively in a high-volume environment.
• High empathy and a commitment to delivering a top-tier candidate experience.
• Strong communication skills, both in Hebrew and English.
• A proactive, self-motivated approach.
• Strong problem-solving skills, Fast thinking & Result oriented
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
