Business Analyst Team Lead
We are seeking a hands-on Business Analyst Team Lead to head up our analytics efforts. You will be central to defining how we interpret data across the entire organization. This is a chance to join a high-speed environment, work alongside talented peers, and directly influence our business strategy.
What you will do
- Manage the BA team, handling everything from daily task distribution to long-term mentoring and career growth.
- Hire and retain excellent analysts, including the creation of new teams as needed.
- Set up and maintain analytics frameworks and data structures.
- Develop and oversee dashboards to keep track of key performance indicators.
- Run deep data analysis to spot trends and turn them into actionable advice.
- Create and validate predictive models to assist with product goals.
- Automate routine analysis and reporting tasks to improve efficiency.
- Lead the strategy for A/B testing and experiment evaluation.
- Partner closely with Marketing, Product, and Monetization teams to ensure data alignment.
What we are looking for
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis and statistical modeling.
- Managerial experience with a track record of mentoring analysts is essential.
- Prior work in the gaming industry is considered an advantage.
- Experience in B2C or mobile app companies is non-negotiable.
- Solid understanding of advanced statistics, including causal inference and significance testing.
- Strong command of SQL is required.
- Experience with dashboard tools like Tableau and Looker is a plus.
- Python skills are an advantage.
- Great communication capabilities and clear business acumen.
